A rectangular feature adjacent to the River Heddon was identified during LiDAR and aerial photography survey, associated with a leat which was found during a site visit to survive in good condition with stonework present, implying later readaptation and continued use.

The remains of an 18th Century building, used as a water powered corn mill, attached to Machine Court. A covered wheel pit and silted leat survive and appear to date to the mid to late 19th Century.

A saw mill is noted in this location on historic mapping. It no longer appears to be extant.

A weir is marked on historic mapping, with the downstream side labelled "Shetter's Pool". A leat leaves the river on the upstream side of the weir. A salmon leap is also present on the weir.

A sawmill built in 1875 including a water wheel, aqueduct and pond. The site was in use until much of the machinery was damaged during the Lynmouth Flood in 1952.

The post-medieval mill leat which provided water to Horner Mill (MSO10555) was visible on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Edition Ordnance Survey mapping. This is still recorded on MasterMap.

A 17th Century mill and millhouse. It may be on the site of an earlier mill.

A mill is shown on historic mapping. The building has been modernised and the wheel on the west wall removed.

"Mill Barrow" is a natural rocky knoll, and there are no traces of a mill or barrow in the vicinity.

A range of sandstone outbuildings with a slate roof, dating from c.1800. They may have been a stable and cart shed. They have recently been converted to a café and gift shop.
