Full Description

'Limekiln' shown on 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. [1,2] Noted on recent map. [3] A limekiln lies by the lane to Woodadvent Farm at ST 0359 3756, and is recorded by Holley in 1997. The kiln is recorded as in fair condition with the combustion chamber unfilled [4] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [5]
