Full Description

A whitewashed stone built house with a slate roof may have originated as a pre 19th Century former fisherman's cottage. [1] The house is shown on the 2022 MasterMap data as a subdivided rectangular building and labelled "3" at its western end. [2] The building is shown in a similar layout on the 25 inch 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. [3,4] The building appears to be shown on the Tithe Map for Lynmouth. [5] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [6]
