Full Description

A stone built house with brick dressings that probably dates to the late 19th Century. [1] The house is shown on the 2022 MasterMap data and labelled "1". [2] The building is shown in a similar layout on the 25 inch 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. [3,4] The building appears to be shown on the Tithe Map for Lynmouth with two rear wings (on the northern elevation). [5] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [6]
