Full Description

16 and 18 Watersmeet Road are 19th Century in date, but altered. [1] The buildings are labelled 16 and 18 on the 2022 MasterMap data. They are situated to the rear of number 20. [2] The buildings appear to be shown on the 25 inch 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps, and the Tithe Map for Lynmouth. [3-5] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [6]
