Summary

The buildings have a modern plaque with a date of 1660. They were formerly part of a longer row of buildings that extended to the east, which were removed during the mid to late 19th Century.

Full Description

Nos. 11-13 have a modern plaque with a date of 1660. [1] The houses are depicted on the 2022 MasterMap data. The eastern propertly is labelled "13". [2] The buildings are shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [3] The Tithe Map for Dulverton shows that the buildings continued as a cottage row to the east at this time. [4] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [5]
