A Bible Christian (Methodist) Chapel was built in 1902 on Lady Street.  The former chapel with hall adjoining, dating from 1902, was restored as private dwellings. It is built of red and cream brick.  The chapel, which was built in 1902, was converted into flats in the 1990s.
