Abstract/Summary
The results of a geophysical survey undertaken on land west of Venn Plantation by South West Archaeology. A group of ten anomalies featuring 32 individual anomalies were identified. None were felt to be significant and historical features on the site had largely been removed or obscured from the geophysical record, as a result of truncation and the underlying geology. It is suggested that further archaeological mitigation on this site is not warranted for the current proposals.
