MEM25736 - Medieval or early post medieval strip fields east of Higher Holworthy, Brompton Regis. (Monument)

A number of linear, north-south aligned banks are visible as earthworks in LiDAR imagery, defining a series of strip fields of probable medieval date. The earthworks are cut by, and therefore pre-date, a northeast-south west aligned road across the field which appears in 1947 aerial photographs.
