Full Description

A large irregular depression is visible within Pools Wood, Selworthy, in LiDAR imagery (1). This may relate to the reported pottery and tile kiln in the vicinity (see related record): the irregular depressions may represent either the filled in kiln site itself, or perhaps more likely a dump of wasters and kiln furniture. This record was created by Cornwall HER as part of the Forestry Commission Project K (2).
