Full Description

19th century cottage depicted and named 'Clovenrocks Cottage' on the Ordnance Survey 25" 1st Edition map where it as shown as a one (largely rectangular) building with a small attached building on the west side. [1] The cottage has been extended into an irregular shape by the time of the modern Mastermap [2] The cottage is likley to have been built as a farm labourers dwelling as part of the Knight Estate centred at Simonsbath [3]
