Full Description

A pair of semidetached houses is shown in a terrace formation on the 2022 MasterMap data. The southeastern property is labelled "1" and the northwestern is labelled "2". [1] The buildings are shown on the 25 inch 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. [2,3] The terrace is also shown on the Tithe Map for Parracombe. [4] Number 1 appears to be referred to as "Avalon" in the 2004 Conservation Area Appraisal. This is described as part of a tucked away group fronting a narrow side street that becomes a path. [5] The terrace is mentioned in the 2019 Conservation Area Appraisal for Parracombe. [6]
