Full Description

The signpost was visited in October 2015 and its condition assessed. It has SCC (Somerset County Council) repeated on the four sides of a pyramid finial. The attached fingers read: WITHYPOOL 2 1/2 DULVERTON 10 SIMONSBATH 5 1/4 LYNTON 15 1/4 B3224 WHEDDON CROSS 5 1/4 TAUNTON 26 3/4 B3224 WINSFORD 4 3/4 MINEHEAD 13 3/4 B3224. [1] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in February 2024. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [2]
