Full Description

Prospect House is a mid 19th century symmetrical frontage with eight-pane sash windows in recesses, the end two are shallow segmental arches. There is a front path through a rustic fourcentred stone arch. [1] The building appears to be extant on the Lynton Tithe Map. [2] The house is depicted on the 2022 MasterMap data. [3] The building is mentioned in the 2019 Conservation Area Appraisal for Lynton. [4] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [5]
