A late 19th Century mirrored pair of cottages, rendered with a large central brick stack, ground floor segmental arched openings and gabled dormer windows, under a slate roof. [1] The pair are shown on the 2022 MasterMap data. The northwestern property is labelled "Rose Cottage". [2] The building is mentioned in the 2017 Conservation Area Appraisal. [3] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [4]
