Full Description

Sub-rectangular depression with irregular banks, mounds and hollows terraced into the slope to the south of the road. Probably a quarry pit or building platform possibly associated with Woody Bay Station complex just to the north. [1] A building is marked on the 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey map in this location. [2] The building is not shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [3]
