Summary

An irregular subrectangular feature is visible as a cropmark on an aerial photograph dating to 1977. It is morphologically similar to late prehistoric or Romano British enclosures but is thought to be the result of modern practice.

SS 6988 474. Irregular sub-rectangular feature, visible as a cropmark or parch mark on a 1977 infra red aerial photograph. Thought to be the result of modern practice, although morphologically similar to late prehistoric or Romano British enclosures. [1]
