Full Description

A subcircular ditched enclosure, 20m across, was seen on vertical aerial photographs and was mapped during the Brendon Hills Mapping Project. The enclosure lies to the south of the tramway or road associated with the Eisen Iron Mine (MSO8595 / MMO559) at SS 9125 3699. [1,2] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [3]
