Full Description

Centred at SS 7668 3809 is a square, flat topped, turf covered mound 5.8 metres across and 0.4 metres high. This was found by Richard McDonnell. It lies close to the bank of a stream in an area of reeds and marsh. The purpose and date of the mound are not known. [1, 2] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [3]
