Full Description

"Stone" printed on the 2nd Edition six inch Ordnance Survey map. [1] Not shown on Ordnance Survey 1:10,000 map. [2] Probably marked the line of a trackway which crosses the allotment here. [3] None of this series of boundary stones survives in where the line crosses diagonally an improved field. [4] The stone is depicted and labelled on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map at SS 8012 4674. [5] The stone is not shown on 2021 MasterMap data. [6]
