Full Description
The outbuilding about 5 metres south of Woodliving was a barn, and subsequently a cottage. It is possibly 16th century, and altered in the early 20th century. The building material is random rubble local stone, with a gabled, thatched roof. There are no external features of interest. It is said to contain a chamfered beam and open fireplace. [1] Early experiments in the X-rays are said to have been undertaken here by Dr ------ , a former owner. [2] This building is no longer listed (not included in Listed Buildings Online). [3]
