MSO10455 - Medieval or post-medieval bank northeast of Driver Farm (Monument)

A bank of unknown function heads northwest from an area of peat cuttings.

Full Description

Grass covered low bank approximately 1.6 metres wide at the base and 0.15 to 0.2 metres high. The bank heads north west away from MSO10454 and can be followed for approximately 88 metres. The bank has a very uneven and eroded surface and is cut by numerous animal tracks. [1] Likely to be a drainage feature associated with 19th century or later farming [2]
