Full Description

A large irregular quarried depression on the south side of Dry Hill. Measures c. 20 metres by 30 metres and between 3 metres and 4 metres in depth. There are spoil mounds inside the quarried area but not outside of it. [1] This feature did not exist before 11th April 1947. [2]
