MSO10128 - Post-medieval quarry north of Acklands (Monument)

Full Description

A shallow grass covered depression approximately 12 metres long 3 metres wide and 0.8 metres deep at the rear. A pathway about 22 metres long and 1 metres wide runs from the southern end of the depression until it is cut by a boundary bank ditch with no sign of continuation on the other side. A shallow quarry cut on the eastern side of a small combe to the southwest of Driver Farm. Generally in good condition with no signs of recent erosion. [1]
