Full Description

Post-medieval field boundaries, visible on vertical aerial photographs to the south-west of Battleton Brake. [1] The boundaries appear to pre-date the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [3] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [4] The boundaries are not shown on the Tithe Map of 1838. [5]
