MMO735 - Post-medieval extractive pit on Blagdon Hill (Monument)

A small extractive pit on Blagdon Hill, of probable post-medieval date, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947. It is likely to be associated with several quarried depressions recorded separately to the east (MEM24292).
