A circular mound was recorded during field survey in 2020. It was suggested to be a prehistoric cairn associated with a nearby stone setting.

Full Description

SS 74947 41724. A circular mound was noted during field survey in January 2020. It was 5 metres in diameter and 0.8 metres high, some 50 metres to the southeast of a stone setting (MSO6834). The feature was exposed by recent rush cutting. It may represent a prehistoric cairn associated with the setting. The cairn was included in a plan drawn at 1:500. [1]
