Full Description

The Tithe Map for High Bray Parish depicts a building at SS 7083 3760, within a small enclosure. It is labelled 482, which the Apportionment describes as "Muxworthy: House and Garden", owned by Thomas Palmer Acland Esquire and occupied by Thomas Lee. [1] The building is also shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map, apparently with the same floor plan. It is not individually labelled but is within a larger group labelled "Muxworthy". [2] The 2020 MasterMap data again shows the building in the same plan form. It is labelled "Muxworthy Cottage". [3]
