Full Description

A farmstead is depicted on the Tithe Map for Cutcombe at SS 9165 4012 and labelled 474. The Apportionment describes this as "Walland: House Gardens Etc" owned by the Honourable Philip Pleydell Bouverie and occupied by George Gooding. [1] The site is shown with some alterations on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map and is labelled "Walland". [2] The site has a similar plan to that shown on the 1st Edition map on the 2020 MasterMap data and is again labelled Walland. [3]
