Full Description

The farmstead is shown on the Tithe Map for Cutcombe. It is labelled 641, which is described as "North Hill: House Garden Bartons etc" on the Apportionment, owned by the Honourable Philip Pleydell Bouverie and occupied by George Gooding. Two small adjacent associated parcels are labelled 640 ("A Garden") and 642 ("Long Garden"). [1] It is depicted and labelled "North Hill" on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map, with some alterations to the site. [2] The site is shown on 2020 MasterMap data and is still labelled "North Hill". The site has been further altered. [3]
