Full Description

A building complex including small outbuildings west of Yard Down Cross is shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map at SS 7249 3560. It is labelled "Poltimore Arms (PH)". [1] The site is shown as a clear area on the Tithe Map for North Molton parish, suggesting the public house was constructed after this was surveyed. [2] The buildings are shown in a similar layout to that shown on the 1st Edition map on the 2020 MasterMap data and labelled "Poltimore Arms (PH)". [3]
