Full Description

The 2020 MasterMap data depicts an area of earthworks on the edge of Hur Wood at SS 9849 4201. It is labelled "Quarry". [1] The feature is not depicted on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [2] The site is adjacent to a small plot of land marked on the Tithe Map for Carhampton and described as "waste". It is not, however, included within it. [3]
