Full Description

The Tithe Map for Exford shows that the road entering Exford from the west (now the B3224) originally forded the river at SS 8521 3837 before continuing east to the south of the Exmoor White Horse Inn. A small bridge () provided access to the other side of the river and the southern area of the settlement, including the road heading towards Monk Cross (SS 8544 3817).
