A small thatched summerhouse built in c.1830 for Lady Lydia Acland by her husband, the 10th Baronet. Mitcham was her family home in Surrey. [1] The seat is depicted and labelled on the 25 inch 1st, 2nd and 3rd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. [2-4] The seat is shown and labelled on the 2018 MasterMap data. [5]
