Full Description

A large rectangular building is shown on the Tithe Map at SS 9167 3720, with a small outbuilding to the southwest at SS 9166 3719. The pair are together labelled 65, which the accompanying Apportionment describes as "Honeywell: House and Garden etc", owned and occupied by William Chorley Senior. [1] The buildings described above are again shown on the 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. A further small outbuilding is shown at SS 9168 3720. The site is labelled "Honeywell." [2,3] Since the 2nd Edition map was surveyed, the two small outbuildings have been removed and various others have been added to the south of the property. [4]
