Full Description

The 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map depicts and labels a quarry at SS 9156 3727, along the eastern side of the road. [1] The quarry is also shown on the 2nd Edition map, although it is now labelled as an "old quarry", suggesting it has passed out of use. [2] The quarry is shown on 2018 MasterMap data and is labelled "Workings (dis)". [3]
