The area is shown as a clear area of a field on the Tithe Map for Martinhoe. [1] The 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map shows a building at SS 6739 4891. It is unlabelled. [2] The building is also shown on the 2nd Edition map. [3] The building is shown on 2018 MasterMap data and labelled Hawks Hill Cottage. The building appears to have been enlarged to the rear. [4]
