Full Description

The 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map shows a rectangular building at SS 6925 4076, within an enclosure. A routeway leads to the building along the River from Town Farm to the southwest. [1] This arrangement is repeated on the 2nd Edition map, save that a small extension had been added to the property on the southern end of the northeastern elevation. There also appears to have been a porch on the southwestern elevation. [2] The building appears to have been extant in c.1946-8. [3] The building was shown in 2018 as a ruin on MasterMap data. [4]
