Full Description

A small building within an enclosure is shown on the Tithe Map for Withiel Florey at SS 9667 3453. The land parcel is labelled 80, which the Apportionment describes as "Gupworthy: Linhay and Barton", owned by George Earl of Egremont and occupied by John Vickery. [1] The building and enclosure are not depicted on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map, suggesting that they had been removed by this time. [2]
