A quarry is depicted and labelled on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map at SS 6885 4648. [1] It is again shown on the 2nd Edition map, although it is not labelled. [2] No features are shown in this location on modern MasterMap data that could relate to the quarry. [3]
