Full Description

A water filled linear cut 7 to 8 metres long and up to 2.5 metres wide with a low spoil mound to the northeast approximately 5 metres wide and up to 0.2 metres high, was noted by Cornwall Council during a walkover survey of Burcombe and Wester Emmetts. The feature is probably associated with iron ore working and of a post-medieval date. [1]
