Full Description
Two hollows lie on the western side of Horsen Hill at 278363 135842 and 278370 135841. The western hollow is a linear trench, 4.6m N/S, 10m E/W and up to 1.4m deep. The eastern hollow is circular, 2.6m in diameter and up to 0.9m deep. These are prospecting pits for minerals, probably ironstone. [1]
