Full Description

A barn is shown on Winsford Tithe Map 1839. [1] A building is shown in this approximate location on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map adjacent to a small enclosure, although this may be a replacement. [2] No building is shown in this location on the 2021 MasterMap data. [3] The barn depicted by the first edition ordnance survey map is also visible in the second edition, and is visible in aerial photographs dating to 1946. Recent aerial photographs show that earthworks or low walling relating to the building survive. [4] This record was enhanced by Cornwall HER for the Forestry Commission's Project K. [5]
