Full Description

A group of earthworks that were thought to indicate an area of peat cutting were noted on aerial photographs. [1-2] A walk over survey by Cornwall Council revealed a peat cutting at SS 83031 43600. It is sub-rectangular and measured 4.5m by 2.5m surrounded by a bank of spoil 1.7m wide and up to 0.3m high. [3]
