Full Description

The Oaks Hotel occupies a commanding position and is set within large gardens.The present hotel looks to be of a predominantly 1920s Arts and Crafts style. [1] The 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey map shows the plot to be clear, showing the building post-dates these maps. [2,3] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [4]
