Full Description

Built forward are two semi-detached pairs of c.1900, two-storey second floor gables and canted bay windows, now mainly PVCu replacements. Some retain original front entrance, inner doors with colour patterned glass. [1] The buildings do not appear on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map but appear on the 2nd Edition. [2,3] The building is mentioned in the 2019 Conservation Area Appraisal for Lynton. [4] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [5]
