Full Description

A building is shown in this location on the 1842 tithe map for Luccombe and on the 1876 Holnicote Estate map. [1,2] It is marked as a smithy on the 1st ed. OS map and still shows on the 2nd ed. OS map of 1903; however, it no longer appears to have been extant by the time the 1929 OS map was drawn. [3]
