MEM15635 - Rectangular quarry on Cloutsham Ball (Monument)

Type and Period (1)
A roughly rectangular quarry on the northen end of Cloutsham Ball. The pit measures circa 12 paces long and is cut into the slope by about 1.5 metres. The width of the site is formed by a spread of stone creating a rough platform on the downslope side.
