A possible boundary bank and ditch identified as earthworks within Ashwick Wood, might be the remains of a wood bank which subdivided the woodland. The earthwork remains were identified during field survey of Ashwick Wood, part of a broader survey of eight woodlands on the eastern slopes of the Barle Valley. [1]
