Hedged track running north from West Lyn Farm to Summer House Hill, which continues as a public footpath to Lynmouth via Lyn Cleave. The medieval strip fields to the north of the farm respect this track. [1] The route of the track can be traced on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [2]
